California Drawers manufactures high quality custom drawer boxes.  We take pride in producing these drawer boxes using cutting edge machinery and old-fashioned craftsmanship.  Our state-of-the-art, fully computerized (CNC) dovetailer can produce equal spaced dovetails on virtually any size of drawer, which makes for no height restrictions and allows us to match existing dovetails.
Each drawer is given the utmost attention to detail - after each stage of manufacturing.  Our drawers are finished with a medium sheen pre-catalyzed lacquer for a beautiful shine and sleek look.

Our ability to produce high quality drawers allows cabinet manufacturers to add more value to their products and best of all, outsourcing means lower overhead, and more profits to you.  We are confident just showing our drawers to you can prove our craftsmanship.

California Drawers standard specifications are ½” solid Maple or 9-ply Russian Birch with ¼” maple ply bottom.  However, we do manufacture boxes out of Cherry, Mahogany, Beech, Oak and Walnut and more.

The drawer boxes are manufactured as per your specifications, so every single piece is custom made just for you.  We guarantee our drawers 100%.

We can produce a variety of dovetail designs to fit your taste.  This is another way to show your clients a quality difference.

LEAD TIME

We try to maintain a five to ten day lead-time depending on the size of the order, and whether the product is finished or unfinished.  Arrangements may be made if a RUSH order is needed.

OTHER SERVICES

We have a large spray booth in our facility and can provide the service of clearing cabinets as well. This service is offered at a very competitive rate.  Please call for a price quote.
